Wealth Creation – Rule 10 (Apprenticeship)

Wealth Creation – Rule 10 (Apprenticeship)
If you must create wealth then you should be an apprentice.
To start with, an apprentice is some one who works for an employer for an agreed period of time in order to  learn the particular skills needed in doing their job.

Being an apprentice can be very helpful for any one who wants to create wealth. This is because  learners are potential  leaders. If you refuse to learn you can’t lead not to talk of create wealth. Wealth creation comes with skills. It can be acquired by learning. Afterall, it is often said that practise makes perfect. The essence of internship or graduate trainee programmes is to inculcate skills into people but not merely for the monetary value. Being an apprentice does not mean you cannot be your own boss.Apprenticeship is meant to be temporary. So many successful men today became great because  they made themselves available to learn from their mentors. As the day goes by knowledge keeps increasing hence the need to acquaint yourself with all the necessary skills. The more you learn the better you become.Eduaction comes in two ways. Not everyone can cope with school and book work hence others prefer vocational educational skill acquisition. Depending on your capability you  and preference you can still create wealth.
Knowing fully well that no business  is dependent on  its own expertise thus ss the quest for knowledge increases so does the  desire to create  wealth increase. If you cannot be a good apprentice  today  then you cannot be a good creator of wealth. Even the scripture says that “whatever your hands find to do you should do it with you might”.
Food for Thought: “Apprenticeship is the platform on which amateurs become professionals".
